What is CBD exactly?
CBD stands for cannabidiol and is a substance that is present in cannabis. Cannabis Sativa is an annual plant that comes from the hemp plant. Cannabis contains more than sixty organic substances, most of which are CBD and THC. THC stands for tetrahydrocannabinol. This is the substance used for recreational use. This fabric provides an effect when using hash or weed. CBD does not have the same effects, but influences the effect of the substance THC. In combination with THC it gives a high feeling. This is because THC reinforces the substance.
Operation of CBD TEA
CBD is very suitable for medical purposes. The substance itself is not psychoactive. This means that this does not make you high or stoned. In addition, CBD is just like other cannabinoids and body-specific substance. This means that CBD has a good effect on our own endocannabinoid system. Products with this substance can work very well in sugar patients, because it lowers blood sugar. It also helps to combat nausea. CBD is a natural substance that has a positive effect on the nervous system. In addition, the substance has a healing capacity and it works antibacterial.
Relaxing and soothing TEA
CBD has a relaxing and soothing effect on the body. If CBD acts on the so-called cannabinoid receptors, this has a certain effect on the body. It activates and promotes the natural physical response to anxiety, stress and pain in the nervous system. For example, it ensures that pain is ignored and inflammation is reduced. Studies have shown that high dose CBD is safe to use. The substance is therefore legal in most EU countries.
What is CBD TEA?
Cannabidiol tea has a calming effect and is made from the dried leaves and flowers of the hemp plant. This hemp plant and tea do not contain THC, which can make you stoned. So you can drink CBD tea without getting high. The tea is light green in color and gives off a nice scent. The effect may depend on the type of tea you buy or order, but in general the tea starts to work after 30 to 90 minutes. The maximum effect is reached after two to three hours and after four to eight hours it is worked out. The advantage of this tea is the relaxing effect and the easy intake.
Preparation of the TEA
In most cases the tea is sold or supplied as loose tea. To be able to make optimum use of the substances you can prepare the tea in the following way:
- Boil half a liter of water
- Add about two tablespoons of CBD tea
- Lower the heat and let the tea boil for about fifteen minutes. Do this with the lid on the pan
- Remove the pan from the heat and strain the tea
- After preparation you can optionally add some coffee milk powder. This prevents the active substances from sticking to the tea pot or mug after cooling down and the tea becomes less effective as a result
- Let the tea cool down and keep it in the fridge, it will keep for a few days
- The tea can be reheated at a later time. Optionally, honey, syrup or sugar can be added to improve the taste slightly.
Start by drinking a cup of tea in the evening. This is approximately 0.2 liters. It takes some time before CBD can really work. Improve the absorption of the active substances? Then take a high-fat snack or other high-fat food at the same time. No results after one or two weeks? Then you can also drink a cup of tea in the morning. If you ultimately have no relief from complaints, then you can consider taking CBD by inhalation. The substance is then absorbed by the body much faster.
